How do I find my team’s custom shop?
Your coach or team coordinator should have been provided with a direct link to order your custom team gear that they can share with you. If you are unable to locate this link, please give us a call at (866) 267-5955 or email us at support@cmpsportswear.com for further assistance.

Why was my custom gear order refunded?
All custom items are subject to availability and minimum requirements. If any item is unable to be produced, you will be refunded.
How long until my custom team gear order arrives?
Custom orders do not go into production until the online shop’s close date. Once the team shop has gone into production, it will take 6-8 weeks for your order to arrive. Can I return my custom gear?

How will my custom team gear ship?
There is a $12 shipping fee on all custom gear orders regardless of order size. Orders will be delivered approximately 6-8 weeks after the team shop’s close date.

How will my custom team gear ship?
BULK TEAM ORDERS: Shipping charges are determined and billed at the time the order is placed. Your Customer Support Rep will provide you with an estimated ship date at the time your order is placed. All bulk team orders are shipped UPS Ground, unless otherwise agreed upon.
ONLINE SHOP ORDERS: There is a $12 shipping fee on all custom gear orders regardless of order size. Orders will be delivered approximately 6-8 weeks after the team shop’s close date.
How do I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information sent to the address you provided during checkout. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking details to be updated once the carrier picks up your shipment. If you have a Compound Sportswear account, you can view your tracking information by logging in, clicking on the profile icon, and selecting the order you wish to track.
How long until my custom team gear order arrives?
BULK TEAM ORDERS: Custom orders go into production once art is approved, sizes and payment are received. It will take 4-6 weeks for your order to arrive. Your Customer Support Rep will provide you with an estimated ship date at the time your order is placed.
