Payment is due upon receipt of your order, unless other payment arrangements have been made in advance. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We will also accept Purchase orders from Schools. A check, money order or Cashier’s check may be mailed into us once an invoice has been created with a customer service specialist.

Due to the nature of our full custom design, we do not offer an online templated ordering format. Your teams design will be one-of-a-kind! If your deadline is closer than our standard turnaround, rush orders may be accepted if our current production schedule allows for it. Rush orders are subject to and additional charge up to 25% of the order total. Rush order deadlines do not include shipping time if necessary. Please consider transit time when scheduling your order.

You can view your previous order history under your account at our Customer Portal, or a Customer Care Specialist will gladly help you with your order history or the status of a current order.

At this time we cannot accommodate sales tax exempt orders placed online. Please have your tax exempt certificate available and call our Customer Care Specialists so we can set this up for you.
